General Overview

Vibe-Video provides digital services in the form of AI-generated video processing. Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate consumption of server resources, all sales are generally considered final.

Eligibility for Refunds

Unused Credits

You may request a refund for purchased credits within 14 days of the transaction date, provided that none of the credits from that specific package have been used.

Technical Issues

If a technical error on our side prevents the successful generation of a video and the credits were deducted without a result, we will first attempt to restore your balance. If restoration is not possible, a partial refund for the affected transaction may be issued.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • The user has already used a portion or all of the purchased credits.
  • The user is dissatisfied with the creative output of the AI (as AI generation is subjective).
  • The account was blocked due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., generation of prohibited content).
  • The user forgot to cancel a recurring payment (not applicable to one-time packages, but good to have for future-proofing).

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@vibe-video.com with the following information:

  • Your account email.
  • Transaction ID or Order ID.
  • The reason for your request.

We will review your request within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
